Process Overview: CNC processing the aluminum blanks directly, the common aluminum billet material is :5052.6061.6063. the hardness of 5052 is about 50HB. 6061/6063 got a hardness at about 80HB., and according to the surface treatment and chemical function we can know which brand should we choose to processing.

Product Packaging
All the aluminum extrusion machining parts will be packed in strong carton or wooden cases, which are made of environmentally friendly materials for export. The bottom of the wooden cases will be designed with space for forklift loading to facilitate transportation and ensure safe arrival at destination.
· Transportation: The combination of lightness, strength and malleability makes aluminum the ideal material for transportation applications. It is used in automobiles, airplanes, railways and marine applications and also for making fuel-efficient engines in cars and trucks. Its low weight reduces fuel consumption and emissions.
